How many changes can I make during the proofing process?

You are purchasing a customized design, so make as many changes as you need to ensure it's perfect.

Keep in mind though, each change may take up to 24 hours to complete, which will add to the overall processing time.

Do your frames for prints have real glass or plexiglass?

Our frames have real glass.

How are framed prints protected during shipping?

Our shipping boxes are designed to withstand up to 200 lbs. of pressure. Inside the boxes, we attach hard plastic corner protectors to each frame and then layer, layer, layer with bubble wrap. We rarely have issues, but when accidents do happen during shipping, we'll ask you to send us a picture and then re-send your print right away at no extra charge.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

No. We ship priority, which takes 2-3 days, so expedited shipping would only arrive one day sooner and  we've not found it as dependable as we'd like.
