Since the majority of items are personalized, proofs must be approved before we ship your item. Proofs are sent to your email within 2-3 business days of us receiving your order.

Prints (both framed and unframed) and Canvases are typically shipped out within 2-3 business days (after the proof is approved).

Throws are shipped within 5-7 business days (after proof is approved)

Estimated Shipping Times:
We use USPS 2-3 day priority mail for all orders. Typically, items are delivered within 2-3 business days, however, shipping times may take longer during holidays. You will always receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Since custom orders are personalized and a proof is always sent for approval, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. An item may be cancelled after the order is placed and before shipment takes place, however, a $10 design fee may be charged if the proof was already created and sent. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, please contact the shop and include any necessary photos showing the damage.
